Future Folklore is a project exploring the stories that we want to carry forward.

We believe folklore — often understood as something of the past — is actually alive in all of us. Through gatherings, portraits, interviews, and conversations, we hope to elevate the voices of those actively shaping the stories of our time, and to empower people to examine the stories they're already living within, creating, carrying forward. We hope to amplify the cultural work already in motion, and to ensure that the stories carried into the future reflect a shift toward regeneration, liberation, and collective healing.
